Podcasts have so many moving pieces - from the ideation process to coordinating countless guest emails to managing post-production workflows. When we started our podcast, Outro, we had a team of 4 who had never worked together, and getting aligned in terms of work styles, vision, and workflow/ handoff was pretty important. As we've been developing Outro, we've continuously tweaked and added pages to our workspace in Notion.
If you're not familiar with Notion it's a flexible tool that is almost a cross between a wiki, trello, and whatever other project management tool you've used. To use this template, click the image below and in the upper right hand corner, hit "duplicate" so that you can start collaborating in style!
